The Honey of Poetry
Just as the will of a Magus is realized through his actions, the logos of any realization or calling is expressed through its words.
Accordingly, the art of the creative speech is no less important for Magic than the art of deliberate action; moreover, in the context of a Ritual the two are usually inseparable: actions are reinforced by words, and words rely on actions.
We have already mentioned that, just as all Rituals are divided into realizational and calling, all incantations can be divided into Incantations of Realization and Incantations of Summoning.
At the same time, strictly speaking, an incantation is not merely a semantic or sound formula specially composed by a Magus for Magic but, in a broader sense, any verbal expression capable of activating a given logos.
Such activation can also occur in two ways — through direct invocation of Powers or through activation of certain matrices of mind. The first method amounts to the use of the Names of Power, Sounds of Power (for example, bīja — “seed-syllables”); the second usually requires rhythm and vivid imagery.
It is not surprising that the rhythmized word — poetry — has been held in high esteem throughout human history, and at times treated with caution, while those able to weave magically potent verses from simple, ordinary words have been respected in all cultures.
Indeed, a verbal picture deliberately rhythmized and composed of aptly chosen images carries the full force of a magical incantation, and its conscious (and often intuitive) application can affect not only listeners and readers but the world itself.
We have already discussed that the art of magical poetry reached its greatest flowering in the Scandinavian tradition of Galdr, in which magus-poets — Erili — wrought their magic with special verses — vís — relying on appropriate Runic formulas — bind-runes or runescripts.
This combination — imprinting an intent into the Runes and expressing it in a vís — proved astonishingly effective, and although many cultures devised techniques for simultaneously inscribing a talisman and activating it by chanting an incantation, it was Galdr that brought this art to surgical precision.
Although the art of composing vís, like Runic magic as a whole, requires, above all, inspiration and the personal power of the eril, one can still outline some general rules.
First, the vís and the runescript are always very closely linked, reflecting one another. Therefore, the more closely the correspondence of a vís’s stanzas correspond to the script’s Runes, the stronger the resonance and mutual amplification.
Second, since a vís addresses the imaginal layers of mind, it must contain not mere dry statements but vivid epithets and metaphors. Scandinavian poetry developed entire lexicons of kennings and heiti to help, first, to select sufficiently vivid verbal “bodies” for Runic images, and second, to draw the precise level of Runic Power required for a given operation.
Third, as noted above, rhyme is not especially important for a vís, but a particular rhythm is necessary. In general, the correct choice of meter and rhythmic pattern is one of the key elements determining the success of any “indirect” incantation.
Fourth, a vís must be pronounced in a certain way, more precisely — sung, i.e., embodied into being. As with any incantation, “uttering it in the mind” does not work for a vís. It is the special recitative delivery characteristic of Galdr that gives the rhythm contained in the vís’s meter its own rhythmic embodiment.
Even when the composition of a poetic incantation or a vís occurs spontaneously, intuitively, as a simple outpouring of accumulated creative force, the resulting product must be treated with full seriousness and responsibility, as one would any potent magical instrument.
It is precisely the understanding of poetry’s power as the art of embodying logoi that underlies many transformational processes in worlds “far from Magic.” In practice, truly inspired poets are often, to a greater extent, successful magi of realization than arid occultists incapable of such creative manifestation.

There is no more thankless art form than poetry. Creative inspiration is essentially just an exchange of personal energy for information, which offers no benefit to the creator. Don’t compose poems, don’t waste your personal power.
Salomen, you disappoint me, whether intentionally or not, I do not know. Is the pursuit of poetry truly about profit? Do artists paint to satisfy their material needs, and poets compose poems? I have always believed that the pursuit of poetry and painting stems from spirituality and creativity, in that an artist cannot help but create because it is their essence. They see this world through the eyes of the Creator. They express through themselves this world and their relation to it. They are not subject to consumption or anything material. They are the emotion of the Almighty, and in this lies their immortality and individuality.
I meant not material benefit, which in relation to art cannot exist. Poetry is honey for inorganic beings. They feed on the energy of the creator, exchanging it for bursts of inspiration. As a result, a naive or sick person loses their strength in the pursuit of making the world better, but no one actually becomes better from this.
Salomen, first of all, poetry, like art, is a means of realizing one’s potentials. If I have a desire to write poetry – I write poetry; if you have no desire to write poetry – no one is forcing you. What is the problem? Secondly, there is magical poetry, described in the article – weights, spells, etc., which includes the fiery, active male principle of realization aimed at changing reality or changing a separate element of it. Creative poetry has a feminine, passive principle of realization aimed at expressing one’s feelings, one’s soul, one’s hypersensitivity, which can also express itself at its highest manifestation as prophecies, insights. In such poetry, there is no goal to change the outside world, but there is a goal to show one’s world, the world of one’s unconscious or collective. To show that ‘I exist.’ This is a natural desire that is reflected in our actions and thoughts. Thirdly, the quality of magical poetry, like the quality of creative poetry, depends on the level of development of the consciousness of a person. If a person’s consciousness is distorted, polluted, and poorly developed, it is not poetry’s fault as a means of self-expression. Just as with magic, poetry is merely a tool. Fire can warm, but it can also burn down a house, does that make it bad? Fourthly, not every quatrain is poetry, as not every advertised verse is. Fifthly, poetry came from the word creativity. By denying poetry, by denying inspiration – you deny the act of creating the Universe itself. You deny sexual energy (!), the energy of life, the feminine manifestation, your unconscious. And that’s not normal. Open denial indicates an obvious problem) So look for the demons within yourself, not in poetry. Sixthly, as I have already said, quality poetry is the domain of quality consciousness. These achievements are even recorded in the natal chart. This is a level of development. In the past, poetry was accessible only to educated, intelligent representatives of the elite. And even earlier – to mystics, who described phenomena beyond reality in figurative poetic language, not necessarily poetic, wrote entangled alchemical texts, and filled grimoires with images.
Dear Enmerkar, is it dangerous for beginners to write formulas and ‘poems’ by themselves?
In Magic, everything is dangerous) And everything is resolved by Power and inspiration.
Beginners are lucky) The danger comes later if you start indulging and close off the flow of power to yourself. Selflessness is the foundation of safety.
If you understand that there are formulas, write on health.
A true poet is a mage of descending flow. Or of ascending-descending.
I have long been greatly interested in the Honey of Poetry, as one of the vivid elements of Myth. I will contradict your wisdom for the first time, dear Enmerkar. My words have made people laugh, cry, and gasp with delight and horror hundreds of millions of times (total audience, of course). They made me a Mage only at the moment of writing when I balanced between conjuring and the state. Released into the world and becoming a commodity, this energy nourished not me, but those who perceived it.
Absolutely spot on. Reading poetry, yes, but composing it, thank you, no. As Castaneda said, ‘Poetry is the gateway to the world of magic.’ But passing through the gate and being it is not the same thing.
A poet does not compose poems. They come by themselves… from feeling – from suffering, from love, from pain, from admiration… As if some Wave finds you and… suddenly you are looking for the first pencil that comes to hand to write the poems on the first piece of paper you find… And again the heart shatters into pieces. And again, the desperate moment tears apart. And I write, but whose? – I don’t know exactly – mine, yours? – the impulse of the soul lies in the verse… ‘If you can not write, do not write’
Only raw material comes, which still needs to be properly worked on. If you write the first thing that comes to mind, then nothing worthwhile will come of it. I advise you to read Mayakovsky’s article ‘How to Write Poems.’ He revised each stanza dozens of times. Writing the first thing that pops into your head, excuse me, is child’s play.
In general, poetry is a necessary thing. However, recording one’s verses is like picking beautiful flowers. It is more correct to simply recite them to the natural elements. This is indeed a great way to express admiration for the Power and establish a harmonious contact with the elements. After all, poetry comes from the word element. Self-created spells are also an extraordinary thing, but sharing them with other people is absolutely not advisable.
What is more correct for you – you decide yourself… The method by which Mayakovsky wrote is not the only possible one… we can recall that Mayakovsky was actually a poet who during the Soviet era was paid a salary for writing poems corresponding to the Spirit of that System – so he picked words endlessly, like a diligent copywriter. It is unlikely that Pushkin or Akhmatova wrote in the same way… If there is a desire to write poetry, you need to write. The desire for self-expression searches for the method of expression that most suits your nature. Some write music, others paint, and some write poetry… One of my acquaintances writes wonderful poems. For years she was afraid to share them with the world, probably thinking that no one would like them… Last year she won a poetry competition, finally deciding to share her creations with the world. Poems that you write from the Heart, from Feeling – expose your inner state. It is as if you are giving to the world for judgment some intimate part of yourself that you have hitherto hidden inside… Poets come and go from this world, but their creations remain to inspire others.
Do not give away the most sacred. Won the competition and…. One of my acquaintances has won various contests multiple times, published three books, and by 30 has two children and four suicide attempts, working for minimum wage as a librarian. The point is that you give away the most sacred, and it turns out to be unnecessary and misunderstood. The crowd enjoys rejoicing under the uncomplicated words of Basta and Vaenga; something touching and deep is beyond their capacity to comprehend and digest. No one ever writes poems right away. They always need to be refined, polished, like a diamond.
If composing poems from words, then yes, you are probably right, they will need to be polished and refined for a long time. And this is very tiring, I agree with you. …………….but if you hear them immediately and in full, hear them somewhere inside you……… where the door to infinity opens, then…… it only remains to record……………………………………………….. The poet is not the author of the poems; they are, by the way, written by Eternity, And expressed through the music of words, And the unrivaled harmony of lines. The poet is not the author, no, he is a conduit, And in his rhythm, infinity breathes. Its Sound fills the moment, And only it alone does the poet hear today…
‘The poet is not the author of the poems; they are, by the way, written by Eternity’ .. Incorrect. The poet is the author. This is linked to his fiery element. .. And the conduit is a woman. .. To merely be a conduit is rather a disgrace for a poet than an honor.
To be fair… Above from Tavita Shauta, this is called ‘descending from above to horizontal streams-structures,’ I do not specify which ones. Scientifically… Mayakovsky actually wrote almost programs. Descending from Party ideology + his own adjusted descent. He’s somewhat mechanistic and a bit amusing in this regard, in my opinion. I have noticed that women usually write very differently than men. The rhymes are different, and everything is different. They often try to understand something for themselves, to collect something, to frame it. Men, on the contrary. If they are indeed men, of course… There are many interesting moments with rhyme. But who needs that in our age?.. And I haven’t written like that for a long time. I have found other methods. And not everything that is formatted into quatrains is actually poetry. And not everything that looks like prose is actually prose. But this is already a side note, and I was not speaking about this earlier.
By the way, Mayakovsky began writing poems before joining the party; I advise you to study his work in more detail.
I strongly advise against reading his poems – AT ALL. He DOES NOT WANT this to be read or brought up. The exception might be about stars, maybe. … In general, it should be that his poems are withdrawn and destroyed from everywhere. To make it better for everyone. … I wish you luck.
I’m searching for other poems. Contemporary ones. I’ve lost them. … * in the first there was a line ‘let me warm in your aura’. I saw it on some forum, a long time ago. … * the second was written by a girl, a poem about this world as hell, a powerful, volumetric poem about a page long, with a rhythm of ‘Ta-ta-ta Ta-ta-ta Ta-ta-ta Ta-ta’. I would be very grateful if someone happens to find and share them..
Otto, with all due respect, if the second part of your stage name starts with the letter D, then hardly the emotions that one is forced (and it’s specifically about attempts to force emotions) can be nourishing.
Well, about hundreds of millions of times, that’s obviously an exaggeration. 30 years of life is only 10,950 days)
Yesterday I went for a walk and practiced displacement, I got so carried away that I created another world. I made the Codex the main direction of Power. These are the Powers that are responsible for poetry, music, and creativity. Regarding poetry. Poetry is primarily colors, as one of the subspaces of reality. It is impossible to create a world without filling it with colors. And poets and artists are particularly sensitive to such surges. By the way, in these worlds, one can meet fairies. These natural spirits reflected in colors carry ideas. They love to be there.
Numen, could you please tell me, can worlds be created with poetry, paintings, i.e., imagination, and can these worlds be spread to others? That is, can I take you, for instance, to my world for a walk?)
Of course, it is possible. It is precisely through imagination and other types of infused energy that they are created. 🙂 But for the world to develop and strengthen, certain conditions must be met. Can I go for a walk in your world? Yes, but initially, the world is energetic, and correspondingly, it does not exist in the body. Please, in the semi-astral, if you are skilled, I invite you to visit. Not just mine. And in the body, only when the world strengthens to the point of materialization. For example, our world.)
Unfortunately, I do not possess these methods (perhaps someday I will learn). It seems to me that every person has their own world. And now I will start bombarding you with a bunch of questions and you will once again hold your head in despair) How can a world of fantasies ‘strengthen’? If in my world there is, for example, a forest, a lake, a sky, and I am a forest princess, what should happen, should another planet appear in a couple of million years with a creature from my fantasies? 🙂 No, that sounds very long and unfair – one creates the world, and someone else lives in it (
GLA, do you think our world is not the fantasy of God or of someone ‘above’ Him? Not all worlds are material. I could tell the story of our world, its creation, but this info pertains only to the students of our school.
I have already read the history of our planet on the Theo portal. Quite logical, I liked it.
Numen, here CLA wrote about forest princesses (of course, I do not doubt that forest beings exist), but, for example, in my childhood, I fantasized not about princesses but about being a superhero with abilities, and subsequently, God, etc. This passed when I realized that indulging my youthful maximalism was a futile and energy-consuming endeavor. But that does not mean that God does not exist. How useful are your fantasies? By the way, when I left behind fantasies, I started to have quite interesting dreams; subsequently, I got acquainted with active imagination and many different borderline features. And most importantly – I can’t call them meaningless fantasies. Where is the line between childhood rose-colored glasses and serious magic? Where is the line between fantasy, where you are a princess of the planet Nibiru or the sea God Neptune, and going out into astral space, visions of ghosts, living darkness, leshys, etc.?
Milita, I am sorry, but for me, asking about how effective my fantasies are while mentioning God sounds exactly like if I asked God – how important are his fantasies for him? Spending energy on my youthful maximalism? Haha… Thank you for the laugh, was a lot spent?) Where is the line between ‘serious magic’ and the rest? )) The most interesting thing is that ‘rose-colored glasses’ are closer and more native to magic than everything else. By the way, regarding Neptune. In April, I relaxed on the Black Sea coast and communicated with Lord Neptune. And here’s a piece of advice for you: love fairy tales, especially Russian folk tales, there is a lot of truth in them.
Numen, what principles do you uphold? Freedom, honesty, compassion, etc.? Are you having tea with Neptune? I read fairy tales as a practical guide for working with archetypes and resolving archetypal psychic situations. Fairy tales are invaluable. So… I am waiting for an answer to my questions, how does magic differ from childhood fantasies? How are your fantasies useful? I await a response from an adult. Turn on your head and awareness!
It is incorrect to compare fantasy and magic, as one precedes the other. By fantasizing, we create a structure filled with colors, through which the penetration of this spectrum into other layers of reality occurs, leading to a change in reality.
Magic is the alteration of energy properties depending on the applied force. The magic (magical quality) of an action will manifest in the properties of changes depending on the dominant (direction of the Forces) of the mage conducting the changes. The stronger the mage and the more defined their dominance, the stronger their magic. This is why one of the first conditions in the upbringing and education of a mage is to determine their essence, the direction of the Forces they are closest to, and only after this choice does the mage begin to develop their full potential.
You wanted to know about my principles and relationships in magic. I align with the Forces of Nature, and my principles and fantasies are primarily directed towards the improvement and enhancement of my Direction.
Numen, thank you for your response. The foundation of magic is imagination, not fantasy. Fantasy, although derived from the Greek word φαντασία — “imagination,” can have a negative aspect and signify illusion or delusion, which is essentially the opposite of the principle of magic, which means striving to break free from illusions.
It’s worth recalling a situation where I wrote about my subconscious imagery, i.e., my imaginary friends, being able to live separately from me, leading lives that I cannot control, and one person commented that this is indeed magic. I am still pondering that statement…
Each person likely has their own understanding and definition of the word “magic.” Some may call witchcraft magic, others divinations, and some any miraculous occurrence… As I understand it, for you, magic is the ability to influence the world through power (energy). But the main indicator, judging from this definition, would be the changes in the world resulting from such influence. What changes in the world have occurred from your communication with Neptune?
The forces of Nature are a good thing. Surely, many new trees have grown from your hand, and it must pain you to see how humanity consumes nature… You have many solutions to stop this barbarism… Solutions, many of which have already been implemented in life?
Isn’t that so…?
It is incorrect to compare Fantasy and Illusion. Fantasy is the dreams and colors of the individual, while Illusion is collective dreams. For me, fantasy is a new reality, while illusion is an artificial merging of someone’s consciousness interests.
Unfortunately, Numen, I do not feel individuality in your words, but rather see a great substitution of concepts. And substitution of concepts is not an act of creativity. Please reread about the Archons, who are actually fed by your unfulfilled dreams. Illusion (Latin: illusio ‘delusion; deception’) is a deception of the senses, something seeming, that is, a distorted perception of a real existing object or phenomenon; in a figurative sense, it is something unattainable, a dream. I regret to inform you, but a collective illusion backed by a large amount of energy looks more like reality than your individual case of perceptual distortion. It’s interesting, is your system of ‘substitution of concepts’ capable of creativity and transformation? Are you able to reflect on my words? Moreover… Is it capable of bringing something new into the world? Right now I am a bit obsessed with astrology and am precisely picking up on your Uranus – Neptune and total disregard for Saturn. By the way, I myself love the principle of Uranus – freedom, individuality, insights, and a look into the future. Of course, you can call a tree a table, considering that in the future it will indeed become one. But this is not fantasy, which will remain fantasy, but foresight. And one of my favorite poems by Elena Voinarovskaya for you 🙂 Know, O Lord, how I wish to believe that I too – am your likeness… And I, just like you, create my own world, let it be an illusion, let it be a utopia… I love THIS world, I want THIS world, not the one you provided to me, And I think of taking a decisive step beyond established rules… How can I destroy the old order of things? And who knows – will I not break myself? But my mind, my spirit – the generator of ideas has long matured for a revolution… Gradually, stealthily, changes happen to you This complex process GROWTH – is still poorly studied… Let my train explode halfway Let it lie in the drainage ditch As long as one day it turns away from established rules… Leaving… From what? And crying… About what? – the horizon is not visible behind the clouds… However you wish, but not this way of illusory well-being… I choose from all human evils the greatest – resistance… Just as long as my train derails Even if as a result of a crash… You can mindlessly memorize any role You can merge with a habit, easily and simply… Let me be – plasticine, the absolute zero. This is the start, give me space for new growth Know, O Lord, how I wish to believe that you LOVE your creation, that you yourself have put into it the main miracle – an insatiable passion for change… Cradled by the gray flow of days, someone more, alas, will not be able to awaken Will again smoke by the window and dream – how SOMEDAY he will perform a REVOLUTION.
Do not believe the words They are poison, For a word spoken is a lie, What right does anyone have? – You will not find in the words of the answer.. Words are clothing for Sound – Only he will hear it, Who having removed veils and seals – Will find a message to himself..
1. I want to emphasize Imagination. This, unfortunately forgotten by adults and so loved by children, has a serious property. It is precisely through imagination that we fill the matrices of objects created by our consciousness with colors and other energies, leading to their further realization in reality. It is on this that actions such as manipulating public consciousness (i.e., bringing into a certain correspondence the aspirations and desires of many people) are built. 2. You don’t spread your world onto others. It exists as a separate reality. You simply, as magicians say, give me guidance, i.e., describe a couple of objects, and based on your description, I tune into the world.
Numen, how interesting. Let’s test your theory on point 2. I will give you images… Initially, there was no Light, but the beings saw perfectly in the dark, or rather they felt. There were no wars, there was only the authority of strength. Everyone felt who was stronger and who was weaker, and that was enough. The only law that existed was the Will. With the appearance of Light, a new epoch began and a transition. A transition into an embodied state. Primitive beings who did not obey the law of Will were stripped of the right to Choice. Their incarnation did not depend on them. But there were also other beings… For example, a being that had two unipolar consciousnesses united by Will (it’s funny when a person considers themselves the pinnacle of evolution while, in fact, they are at the level of unicellulars… Consciousnesses). These Consciousnesses had ‘wings’ and one ‘heart’ (I write this in quotes for a reason, it was not what we physically imagine). The difference was due to the fact that the Consciousnesses were separated; they could distance themselves from each other at various distances, each had their own thoughts, but there was also synchronization of these thoughts and consciousnesses, allowing them to be a whole. There were no desires, only the will to follow. With the beginning of the new epoch, unipolar consciousnesses could not remain together; splitting and polarity shift began. Moreover, the initiator of this splitting was the Will, which had previously been the center of attraction. A new Agreement was created during the transition. Numen, will you be able to find out what this agreement was for this being or by addressing the Will directly? Moreover, I can say that one part of the Consciousness bound itself by agreement and ‘for some reason incarnated,’ while the other part of the Consciousness of the same being ‘for some reason remained Beyond.’ Why, Numen, what do you think?))
Milita, let’s start by noting that what you described is not guidance in the context that I understand it. You described situations of some world and want me to resolve something for you without knowing all the nuances. Guidance is when you describe to me a real existing world (a description of the terrain is enough), I enter, look around, and based on the situation, I resolve questions. 2. If you tried to tune into something from this blog, you probably noticed that the energy of the messages is extinguished. Presumably, En did this purposely to avoid unpleasant situations since everyone’s energy is different. 3. I will not discuss work situations in this blog either because this blog, as a place of Enmerkar’s Power, has different purposes. And to be honest, I am sometimes surprised that he still has not banned us all for off-topic remarks. I have already written my social media details in this blog more than once. Come by, I’m always happy to chat.
Good day. Could you please tell me, for you, is the world of Magic a reality or a fantasy?
Greetings, Void. Imagination is a process, and Magic is the energy that makes the impossible possible. Of course, it is real.
And my acquaintance with the force of occultism began with quatrains.
Thank you for the poems, I liked them. The artificial formation refers to false information from which the illusion consists, unlike the real information of fantasy. When you fantasize, you invest power, energy, colors, and information, but this information is real, that is, you create based on what exists, taking real matrices, energies as a basis. Example of false information (illusion): you are told – jump on a pebble and it will be easier to walk, you will gain strength. Or: touch the pebble and you will be happy. This is false information lacking foundation, but… and here you are right, if you feed this information with energy, attracting other beings, then this information will turn from false into real. Regarding the Archons. Did I misunderstand or are you really ready to give up the dream for fear that someone will take advantage of it? What a pity. If you are more observant, you will see that everything that people talk about and dream of ultimately becomes a reality. And reading your poems, I feel that your imagination is quite developed).
Based on the logic of the information, I assume this answer is addressed to me, Numen) Know that I am very interested in the foundation of your perception. You must have studied at some school that provided you with this foundation, and perhaps there is some information, website, forum in the internet that can help me get acquainted with the foundation on which your perception is built? Only in this way can I understand your perception and the information you are dealing with. If you agree to assist me and share links, I will contact you on the social network ‘vk’. As for the Archons, they are too abstract for me to be afraid of) but that does not mean they should not be taken into account. The thing is, I have no dream… No dream – no goal. From my imaginings before sleep (that is, what I would call fantasy) there is nothing that I would genuinely want to embody. Just a stream of thoughts and images helping me to fall asleep. Truly, I must admit to you, I know well that this ‘stream’ is not mine. When you start paying attention to this stream and the nonsense it carries, thoughts, like living separate beings, begin to scream, like cockroaches that have been suddenly discovered and are scared (figuratively, of course. I have never heard the cry of cockroaches in reality, but I have an idea))) And after this uproar, there comes perfect silence) In general, there is a lot of noise in our heads that we do not pay attention to, do not notice our cockroaches, the alien cockroaches that have come to visit, or we ignore telepathic signals sent by someone else’s cockroaches from another head. Imagine, a person is a large machine, a robot, inside which cockroaches sit and control him… And now, this message is written to you by some chief cockroach. What were you saying about imagination?)) Are you sure it’s people who dream and talk, or could it be the cockroaches? Forming a community within a person, endowing it with energy for their purpose… And in general, where does thought end, dream begins, and desire starts? Can a desire be a cockroach?)) You see, I will always have questions if I do not get acquainted with a complete, integral, and logical system. And the cockroaches that intruded into our dialogue are proof of that.
There was a site, but now it’s gone. So unfortunately, I cannot assist you with anything. Regarding the school. I am not studying but learning at the moment. I am in the sixth year of school. The training is online, in dreams, through links. Of course, if the school were nearby, my learning would be more effective, but the center is located in Israel.
You know, Milita, you are right. Magic frees one from illusions. But is that good? Those who have specifically taken the path of magic become pure pragmatists. They know what, from what, and how, and they lose the ability to fantasize about what does not actually exist. When you are explained what love is in terms of energies and how to evoke it in another, the very feeling of mystery disappears. That’s why they say: ‘in much knowledge is much grief.’ Only now am I starting to understand that illusion is wonderful in some ways. It gives flight to the imagination. I look at you, see in you a charming joy for life, a wonderful illusory philosophy, and I don’t want you to lose this ignorant joy. I hope I am understood.
Numen, not every knowledge is a limitation, and therefore sadness. I love sharing my experiences with you, so a new story is coming. Once, back in school days, I got so tired of my ‘selfies’ (oh, how long ago that was), that I just sat down and spent some time sitting on a chair with my back to the window under the rhythmic ticking of the kitchen clock and watching how the house plunged into darkness. I entered a state that is hard for me to describe. But in that state, I could describe everything, I could touch the intangible, for me there were no limits, there was an inner knowledge of everything. Images danced in a kaleidoscope. As they say, ‘you can even call it a pot’ – the name doesn’t matter if you understand the essence. But the most interesting part – I did not exist. There was just this immeasurable, flowing life, where the higher intertwined with the lower, everything reflected in each other, flowed together. And I did not exist! Neither my feelings, nor thoughts… Nothing. Just the feeling of immeasurability. I won’t call this feeling emotional, but it is the most amazing. And at that moment, some guy wrote to me on ICQ ‘hi. How’s your mood?’ and in that state, I wrote him something about scales, water, I can’t remember exactly, to which I got the response ‘what’s wrong with you?’. Coming to my senses, I re-read my message and realized that I didn’t write that. I would never write such figurative phrases and such lyrical language in real life. I had such shock (this happened, by the way, somewhere around the spring of 2009. And I came to magic in 2012, started writing poetry at the intersection of 2013 – 2014). And this shock still stays with me. My ‘I’ perfectly understands that it is not the master and understands its limitations, which ‘I’ indeed is, but it is precisely ‘I’ who wants to find the meaning of its existence, it is ‘I’ who strives for development, it is ‘I’ who asks questions and it is ‘I’ who stands on the path of different winds and circumstances. ‘I’ is also alive. But between ‘I’ and not ‘I’ – there is a huge chasm. Inside me, there is a very complex drama))))
This state can be explained. The thing is that the soul has its own independent striving for development, and it may differ from the goals of your consciousness. By elevating the information (or as this state is also called – going beyond the paroket), your soul manifested itself bypassing the consciousness. The soul is a resident of this world, and it will stay here after your departure, unlike the consciousness which strives to a realm that is closest in composition.
Thank you for communicating, Numen) And I would like to return to the topic of ‘Honey of Poetry’ and say that the natural language of the soul’s communication is figurative and lyrical; it cannot express what is beyond this world any other way, to express itself. Recall the ancient texts, how many images are there, how much poetic inspiration…
Numen, that’s wonderful! It means that you can love with true love if you know how to distinguish it from artificially induced love. You can be envied for that, you cannot be deceived)
Numen, I wanted to add. Everyone makes mistakes. It happens often and with everyone, without exception. You will surely be understood, it may not be easy at first, but you will definitely be understood. Everything will be alright)
Numen, a mage must be honest at least with himself) **and helping Enmerkar, to cleanse the ranks of those who flood, I distance myself**
